win999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between win999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers, accesses, or makes use of the services provided through win999.cam ("the Platform"). By registering an account on win999 or by accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the win999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

win999 operates under a licence issued by an international gaming regulatory authority. The Company is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment to all players, particularly those accessing the Platform from Pakistan. All games offered on win999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness.

These Terms shall supersede any prior agreement or arrangement between the Company and the Player, and shall apply to all services, promotions, and financial transactions conducted through the Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the win999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. win999 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 and employs age verification measures to enforce this requirement.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering and opening an account solely for your personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of a person employed by win999 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the win999 Platform by the Company for any reason.
• You are acting in your own capacity as an individual and not as an agent, intermediary, or representative for any other person or entity.

win999 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any player's identity, age, address, or source of funds at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the player's account.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on win999. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses. The Company reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts or close them without prior notice.

When registering on win999, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or valid email address, and residential address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it in the event of any change.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party. win999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other channel.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your win999 account credentials.
• Notify win999 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

win999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, account balance, or any rights associated with your account to any other person. Accounts used for commercial purposes or as part of a gambling syndicate are prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

win999 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200; withdrawals processed within 1–6 hours for verified accounts.
• EasyPaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200; withdrawals processed within 1–6 hours for verified accounts.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals subject to standard banking processing times.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. win999 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transactions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise authorised by the win999 compliance team.
• Players must complete full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to players upon request or during the verification process.
• win999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing security, fraud, or compliance review.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Section 5).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

win999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, all wagering requirements apply to the total of the deposit amount plus bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage. Game contribution rates are published within the terms of each individual promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
• Abuse Prevention: win999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds, and to void any associated winnings, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms.

win999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of their opt-in.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on win999, whether on casino games or sports markets, are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the platform. Players accept all associated risks at the time of placing a bet. The following general betting rules apply across all win999 products:

• Bets may only be placed while a player has sufficient cleared funds in their win999 PKR wallet. Bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus terms.
• win999 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game, market, or event at its sole discretion. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, win999 reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Winnings derived from bets placed in error — including situations where incorrect odds, prices, or payouts were displayed due to a technical fault — may be voided by win999 at its sole discretion.
• For sports betting markets, win999 reserves the right to suspend, delay, or void markets in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20s, and Test matches, are governed by their own product-specific rules available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

win999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from within the player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logout after a defined period of gaming activity.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding players of the time elapsed and the net outcome of their session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this period, the player cannot access the Platform or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from win999. Upon self-exclusion, the player's account will be closed and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win999 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may face permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including false identity documents submitted for KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or using different personal information.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the win999 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a gambling syndicate, acting as a payment intermediary, or reselling credits.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in any win999 game or service to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a way that is not consistent with legitimate human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any game where such collusion constitutes cheating.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code or underlying technology of the win999 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing win999 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on win999.cam, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, video content, game assets, audio files, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of win999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from win999.
• Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform or its underlying technology.
• Using the win999 name, logo, or brand assets in any form of advertising, marketing, or public communication without the Company's explicit written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the provision of the Platform services, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling on the Platform. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that financial losses are an inherent part of participation.
• Unauthorised access to your win999 account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Decisions made by the Company in good faith pursuant to its regulatory obligations, including the suspension or freezing of accounts during investigation.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of win999 to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

win999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information or KYC documentation.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the timeframe requested by the Company.
• Where required by the Company's regulatory obligations or by order of a competent authority.
• Where win999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player's account is being used in connection with criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their win999 account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any available real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no outstanding investigations are in progress. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12 Disputes & Complaints

win999 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the win999 service, you should follow the process below:

1. Contact Customer Support: In the first instance, raise your complaint with the win999 customer support team via live chat or email. Support is available 24/7 in both Urdu and English. The support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint at first contact.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first-contact stage, you may request that the matter be escalated to the win999 Compliance Department. Escalated complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a formal response provided within 14 business days.
3. Regulatory Referral: If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting win999's internal complaints process, you may refer your complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory authority that issued win999's operating licence.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event or transaction giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation. win999's decision on any complaint, following completion of the full escalation process, shall be considered final and binding subject to any applicable regulatory review rights.

13 Amendments to Terms

win999 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may be required for reasons including but not limited to updates to regulatory requirements, the introduction of new Platform features, changes in payment processing procedures, or corrections to errors or ambiguities in existing provisions.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the win999 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations will, where practicable, be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to taking effect.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win999 is incorporated and licenced. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process outlined in Section 12, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation.

Nothing in this clause shall limit the ability of either party to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is available. Players accessing win999 from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that such access complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
